Kaylee Lynn, a recent graduate of the Clay County High School, is presented a recognition plaque by Dr. Doug Young, Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Kaylee has served the Joint Economic and Community Board for two years.
She served as a non-voting member during her junior year and as a voting member during her senior year. This board works with regional, state, and federal agencies to secure their assistance for Celina and Clay County through grants and other programs that promote economic and community growth.
